A man drives through a tollbooth without paying. About a week later he gets a letter in the mail telling him he is fined 300.00 dollars for running the toll along with a picture of his car snapped from the tollbooth. The gentleman thinking he is being funny sends the police back a picture of three hundred dollars. Th police less than amused mail him back a picture of a pair of handcuffs.
