I want to read that Natasha. Last week I finished his novel The Stand, the longest book I've ever read (even longer than Don Quixote!). Unforgettable, though could have been shorter. Just finished Heart of Darkness and onto Zadie Smith's White Teeth, which starts really well.

Started it this morning and I don't seem to be able to put it down... I love it. I recommend it very much.

I hadn't read anything by Stephen King until last year that I read It. But this one is, in my opinion at least, so much better.

How did you like Don Quixote?

I'm very glad you liked it. It's good book. And it's really funny... though it wasn't the impression I had when I had to study it in school.

And I forgot to say I read my first spy thriller, John Le Carre's The Spy Who Came in From the Cold, which was really well written. And then another one, Leaving Berlin by Joseph Kaplan, which managed to be drab and derivative and unbelievable.

But really I want to read Misery after you.
I'm rereading Pride and Prejudice
