So many things can come to mind.

But really something not just for me. A cure for all those horrible diseases out there. One in particular affecting our family right now and is one that takes a loved one from you long before the body gives up. Alzheimers/dementia. Hoping we can get mom on something that will slow the process. So hard right now and heartbreaking when she realizes what is happening and seeing that fear in her eyes.
