I'm unsure if there is a post like this.
I have 2 kids at home, and yes they can be very distracting. my oldest knows when I'm busy on the computer not to rude, but my youngest is too little to understand.
yes, I try to wait till they are in their bed, but that doesn't always work when an idea comes to the brain.
so, my question to you is: How do you block out the world, when your writing?
