I can help looking over stories to get them to a publishing point. I have helped several people get their stories published.
I will say this though. Editing a story for grammar or spelling or punctuation is not difficult. There are programs out there that will do that for you.
Editing a story for context and flow to make it a great story, takes a lot more time and sometimes requires rewrites of sections. It is very hard for someone else to keep a story the way you intended it if they have to change the flow or remove parts. You will have to decide which kind of editing you really want.
