Not sure if I have the right area of the forum to post this but was wondering how many private messages you can send a day when you are a Bronze member? I was getting ready to send one and it said I had reached my limit for the day. I checked and could not find this information. How many private messages do you get with Silver membership? Thanks for your help everyone

You probably should have asked in the Lush Help Desk forum. I don't use chat or private messages much and in any case I'm a goldie so I honestly do not know what the limits are for bronze.

I have a question too, if not a paid member how many messages can you send and does it reset at start of new day?

Tip:

To prevent consuming your free daily messaging allowance due to accidental sending by hitting the [Enter] key, access your Messages Settings (envelope icon).

Click on the hamburger icon (three horizontal dots). Select Settings.

Go to Device Settings. Make sure that the Send on enter is greyed out. Otherwise, toggle to disable.

The Send on enter allows the user to send a message when pressing enter instead of manually clicking on the Send button. When this is off, the user can compose longer messages on succeeding lines within the character limit.
