My question about "Published/Not Verified" status is a bit different.
Is there a procedure in place to "recall" a story submitted and waiting for verification? Specifically, can I request to have a submission rejected and sent back? Suffering an attack of rewrite compulsion and in this case it's quite justified.
Or do I wait until it's published, then hope to catch it quickly for minor edits and resubmission?
