I have this one for real. The nerves to my right arm were damaged in the surgery so most of my arm is so dead that on one occasion a doctor sewed a dressing in place without me feeling it (I had a reaction to the sticky tape, so sewing was sensible). Right handed but use the left to jerk it. Using the right just doesn't work for some reason
