Yes on a few occasions. My experience indicates it could go either way. In one case he has moved on to another company and another city. We still talk frequently and see each other two or three times a year.
The another guy still works for the company, but I have been the one that moved on. It was really hot and dangerous, but like so many affairs it burned white hot for a short time and then went out.
