Rem, you’re not comparing apples to apples… The hops in beer are related to marijuana (it’s true) and what’s used in Algol's blend comes from the coca plant from High on mountains of Peru. They both have a place for making you feel good, but I wouldn’t mix’em that would be a waste

Pineapple-melon salsa
1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger, divided
2 teaspoons minced seeded jalapeño,
2 cups finely diced firm ripe melon
1 cup finely diced fresh pineapple
1 finely diced red bell pepper
1 diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint, plus 4 sprigs for garnish
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Lime wedges and sprigs of mint for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Combine melon (try different ones or mix some, I used watermelon today… Awesome), pineapple, red and green bell pepper, onion, vinegar, chopped mint and salt in a large bowl with olive oil, ginger and jalapeño. Cover and refrigerate the salsa for at least 30 minutes up to 4 hours.
