The mom is fighting to get it off his record and for the wording to be changed. I say more power to her. I would do the same thing.

You are assuming no one confronts Magical_Felix. That your complaints are ignored.
The accusations you included me in ..... You did apologize, after I confronted you. I also accepted your apology.
The point I'm making about the suspensions, is that there is no favoritism. In fact, sometimes it seems to be bogus just to stop some people from whining. You act as if your complaints are in vain.
Do you see what you did there? "Little" Felix (by the way, he isn't little). Again, stop assuming or accusing .... I'm fair game!!! Felix has called me plenty ... Much more creative adjectives than slut. No, I didn't go complain. If I got something to say, I say it to the source. I usually have plenty to say too. Again, no matter what is said I don't complain.

I have never gone running to a "Mod" or Nic about anyone. I handle things myself because I know I have the power to do so. Why give someone else the power when it's all in how you react?
Magical_Felix and I both have been victim to bullshit complaints. Suspended and other things that were later proven to be unjustified. No apologies, nothing. I was suspended once without a warning. Did I complain or go whining? No, I didn't. It didn't phase me.
So, stop saying or implying things you are clueless about.
