Gift a seat, fire resistant for both of them to sit on
i use this for everything from my skin to drinks (hot tea/coffee and smoothies) i use it instead of butter on snacks and foods...i find it wonderful but i grew up on it. i will admit when you use it, it takes some time to adjust to taste...if you want it in coffee, try a blender or bullet, will make your coffee frothy some but others adjust better that way!

the healthy benefits are amazing for it!

heres a great link with suggestions of use and reasons why to try smile

there have been lots of good points....from spices (yep i agree never seen heavy Thai person) to the green tea straight or diluted in your daily water...and lots of water.

Exercise is a must always and forever, we werent to hibernate all day and night...get up and move.

When i had some health issues shortly after i got married my German doctor said...donnot look at this as a diet...it is your life and this is a lifetime change!
Thanks Dr. Weber smile
CHIA SEEDS

i personally use Chia seeds daily. i eat overall very healthy, non processed foods...but i discovered these when i was on a trip in brazil and fell in love with them...they are tiny seeds that can be ate whole or added to many recipes or made into drinks or they can be used to make a gel to replace eggs for various recipes.
Some benefits are:
Chia seeds are rich in polyunsaturated fats, especially omega-3 fatty acids.
Chia seeds are an excellent source of fiber, with a whopping 10 grams in only 2 tablespoons.
Chia seeds are rich in antioxidants that help protect the body from free radicals, aging and cancer.
High in Minerals....Two tablespoons of chia seeds contain 18 percent of the DRI for calcium, 35 percent for phosphorus, 24 percent for magnesium and about 50 percent for manganese.
Chia seeds are glutton free.
Chia seeds give you satiety. Satiety is the feeling of being full and satisfied, which helps lower food cravings between meals.
Chia seeds can also help regulate your sugar levels and increase your good cholesterol and lower your bad one.

I run quite a bit, so I listen to a lot of upbeat, pop-type music...Robin Thicke, Justin Timberlake, Jessie J, Maroon 5 and Macklemore, to name a few recent favorites on my playlist!

you just took my list right off my ipod smile well these are my newest additions. anything upbeat while i run!
I meditate and do yoga everyday...ironically only time during the day i am not bouncy off the walls. But its great to have that peace of mind and soul for a couple hours a day! on especially crazy days i rather look forward to it.
I cant give it up, but when i got married (to a noncoffee person) i believe i completely freaked him out when he saw how much i drink....if i remember correctly he said, oh my gods you drink your weight in coffee a day....something like that ironically i am small, but still. I am down to just 2 mugs (rather large in size) of decaf a day per his wishes and my doctor but sigh....i could never completely stop

I wish you luck Nicola....
I personally donot use it. but Ryu uses it daily, he either drinks it straight or adds it to things. He says it helps with heartburn and digestion and overall how he feels...i on other hand grew up on coconut oil...so thats what i stick to. But maybe ill give it a go?

Not to be a stick in the mud, but erm. If you're going to add hide photos, shouldn't there be one for videos also?

i agree that would be super cause sometimes im bogged down with them....oh and if we have a penguin on the icons can we have a panda .... giggles i mean pandas are soooo much cuter XD

many many thankyous smile
i dont mind what i get...i love the gif they are adorable, b/w are a fav too. i like when the person knows me enough to put something (in whatever format or choice) on my wall smile
How much do you remember your dream(s) when you wake? Can you remember more than one?

i normally can remember my dream or dreams i tend to only have one or two a night, i dont sleep for a very long period of time. i remember everything from smells to colors to fine details. I have been in a case study at two different universities for fun to see what was up with my head smile

Have you ever had the same dream/nightmare repeatedly in your life?

yes, i have had three reaccuring nightmares....they werent that bad and there is no reason why they pop back up every once in while, but ive had them so many times that it is like watching a movie

For the writers of Lush, do you ever keep a journal by your bed for when you immediately wake up from a dream to jot down any story ideas?

i keep a journal, to write and draw out dreams, but not so much for lush just for my own sanity. I have lots of dejavu dreams and others that have come to pass...so yeah its just so i can pick it up and show people a month later that i saw that happen to you...they always get kicks out of it :)

What's the best/worst dream?

when i dreamed of a person the grew more vivid over time, to the point i drew him out a few years later....needless to say, he has a very remarkable look of my husband heart
i remember when...i could run around college carefree and unsupervised....oh to be in US again (permantly)

It's funny how people are overlooking the fact that the dude might not want his cock sucked by a stranger.

i get 6 to 7 if im lucky....i nap lots. i get crabby or weird. Dark makes sure i get more or nap lots....
