I'm a bit of a worry-wart when it comes to using antiperspirants and toothpaste because of a couple of ingredients. I use Toms of Maine because they are all natural and free of fluoride and aluminum.

2.) I've also researched toothpaste and found out some scary things about the fluoride content in it. I think what scares me the most is the studies done that link these ingredients with Alzheimer's, which already runs in my family, I'll do anything to try and keep myself from getting it. My favorite accessory that I own and wear everyday is this ring that I bought at an art festival. I think it's very cool, the jewelry makers find antique spoons that are silver plated or sterling silver so they will bend and then they form the top of the spoon into a ring. They had all kinds of things made out of silverware like necklaces, bracelets etc, they used forks and knives as well! I think it's very cute and unique.
