I work as a Medical Administrator in the inpatient Kidney/Urinary departments of a very busy hospital. It's intense, demanding, and utterly exhausting.... but I get to wear comfy greens all day and stare at hot resident doctor's, so i'd say it all balances out pretty nicely!

The scenes in "A History of Violence" between Viggo Mortensen and Maria Bello were so also very, very yummy! 69er with the cheerleader costume and the angry rough sex scene on the stairs... priceless!

I think every girl, no matter how much confidence, feel a little self-conscious at one point or another - especially about their skin/complexion and bags under their eyes (well, for me, anyways!)

Its true though...porn is a good fix if you've just got that huge build up of tension you need to relieve...but you can only watch so much of it. I still don't understand why they make porno's more than 20 minutes long!
I can never watch with the volume on though....the fake noises are a complete turn-off and ruin it for me. That being said, noise is NOT a bad thing....it's actually a fantastic thing....but when you know people are being paid to do it, it doesn't do anything for me.
Personally, I'd rather have a recording of my partner and I going at it. Knowing that it's real and the emotions and noises and reactions were true are much more effective! If you're trustworthy of your partner enough....make your own porn collection!
