It certainly pleases your Baby Girl. Giggle.

Well that pleases me a lot. Giggle.
A huge thank you to all who keep this nut house going. Nicola and Gav great work. To all the mods who do such a great job thank you. I agree with so many others that this has become a second home to me and I love being here.smile
Shave regularly. It feels better and I think is more hygienic. It also seems to please the ladies more.
I think he is a nice guy, however he is very naughty with the ladies.

i wish that, when people left, they'd leave their stories. i think it's a shame that he took them all with him.

I agree. There were some great stories there. I for one will miss his humor and his friendship.

I have much I'd like to say and will once I can think it all through but I definitely think this is a wonderful poem that outlines so many things and I'd like to share it here for you. https://www.lushstories.com/stories/erotic-poems/so-you-think-youre-a-master.aspx

I wish to give some clarity to others why I wrote this poem. I was told by a couple of people on this site that they maintained a string of three or four subs at their service. I could not let that go by without commenting. In virtual or in real life it is impossible to maintain that type of relationship, unless the relationship is a fake one.
A sub requires very careful protection, love and care and a wholly committed relationship with one dom.
It was also meant to let my Baby Girl know what my real feelings and intentions were.
The unfortunate part is that the type of master who's ego grows by the number of women he calls subs does not read poetry. He is too macho to do that.
If you do me the honor of reading it please comment and please pass it on to others. Thanks.

where are these from if i may ask?

If you google search Erotic Art and set the filter to black and white you will find 1000s of these pictures.
Reggie, I can not say this often enough, I see you as a role model a person whose writing style transcends most other authors here on Lush. You are also a very fine friend who cares. Just a wonderful lady who I am honored to call my friend.

Competition Judging
I have assiduously been following this discussion. I have not weighed in for the simple reason that I do not know enough about the system to speak knowledgeably.

I regret to see this type of conversation going on 'ad infinitum ad nauseam' the way it has. Ping brought up a suggestion that may or may not have merit. He should be commended for that as this is the reason for this thread. This has resulted in a cat fight as to who is right and who is wrong.

I entered the competition myself with the simple idea of writing a story which was fun for me to write. The Gods smiled and I placed tenth in it and was accorded a RR which I did not expect. I must state however that the only two things I was aware of as criteria were the word limit as well as the theme of the competition.

The fact that the discussion has lasted as long as it has makes me feel that maybe in order to have more clarity for future competitions that it might be beneficial for all to have some other criteria clarified or put down in black and white. Things like; number of views being immaterial, votes being immaterial etc. My story to date is still at under 1500 views with 62 comments and 56 votes. Early days after submitting the story this worried me and I had to seek clarification on these points.

I have known Ping almost from the day I joined Lush and I find him an amazing writer in his own style and know that he never has had any malice in his suggestion. I think we should bring this matter to a close by perhaps admitting that more clarity is needed as to the process and stated as such in the competition rules or on the competition page.

What makes a good story?

Readability
- Is the story easy to follow?
- Are the characters engaging?
- Did the author capture your attention all the way to the end?

Eroticism
- Is is sexual or sensual enough?
- Did the author make the most of the plotline's potential?
- Did they push any boundaries beyond the vanilla?

Originality
- Was it full of clichés? Did she suck his cock like a lollipop?
- Did the story offer you something you haven't read before?
- Was there an interesting plot twist or unexpected element?

Technical Precision
- Sentence structure
- Punctuation
- Grammar
- Paragraphing
- Tense
- Word choice
- Artistic adverb usage

Other considerations
- Adherence to the competition theme
- The intro 'shopping list' e.g. My name is Britney. I'm twenty-four years old, blonde, and have 36DD boobs...
- etc.

I'm not a competition judge - this is just common sense.

Thank you Liz. The above is very helpful to me as a relatively new writer. Think it should have it's own thread. maybe something like Writing suggestions from the moderators.
