I know and understand why Lush needs to have rules about what can and cant be posted. But is this really true? I have posted several times that the birth of my kids was the greatest time of my life and have seen other people make similar posts. And to my knowledge none of them have been deleted by the powers to be.

There is a big difference with saying you love your kids, or your kids interupted you than it is mentioning kids in a sexual context. At least to me there is!!

Would saying your pet interupted you be considered Beastiality? HAHA

I agree. It's all about context. Also, since Dude is one of the powers that be, I'm sure he would've deleted my comment and/or given me a slap on the wrist (or ass) for breaking any Lush rules/guidelines.
Received the following compliment:

"You're kind of intimidating with your big head, like a puffer fish."

I laughed so hard I had tears in my eyes. Still can't stop laughing.
"Oh, a storm is threat'ning"

Gotta say "Winter Storm Draco" was all talk and no action in these parts.

Good morning survivors,

I was starting to worry about you CurlyGirly, I thought you were holed up deep somewheres.
Maybe you can answer the question; are Bob and Tom still active on the radio?

Sorry, was just trying to catch up on all the Christmas shopping before the winter storm of the century hit. Quite the letdown that was. I think they're still on the radio? To be honest, I avoid visiting Indiana as much as possible, so I'm not sure. I believe they're syndicated, but I haven't heard them in years.

Rump, hope you don't mind, but I thought the joint could use some "sprucing" up, so I brought a Christmas tree for the corner. I didn't want it to be too hoity-toity, so I decorated with beer cans instead of beer bottles!
Happy Birthday to one of my favorite Lushies! Hope your have a memorable Birthday!

Here's my nude Birthday dance for you!

Drink like it's your Birthday!

GOOD morning to all,
CurlyGirly posted this on Remembering the 80's, so guess what?
it's in here now!

Scooter gifted me 1 nickel in my stocking!
He told me he spent the rest of them betting on golf.

Ahh, the memories!! Nikki posted Kokomo in that thread, so I had to post this much loved parody!

Rump, thanks for the Slimjim. I find they make fabulous coffee stir sticks. I live in the Midwest and always go to our homecoming parade. Anyway, no lie, this year one of the local businesses threw out meat sticks to the kids instead of candy. We do love us some processed meats!

Anyone have any big end of the world plans today? Not sure if I should bother getting out of bed.

Hey!!! It's " remembers" Home boy! No?

I thought he was this guy's homeboy.

Some guys seem to like a light teeth scraping and some really. really don't.

I have always wanted to get treated like a bad boy from a woman. Have you ladies ever wanted to take control of a man and degrade him? Ever wanted to spank a guy, be the boss, fuck him with a strap on, and force him to cum where ever you wish?

No. I wouldn't degrade my partner, and I'm not into being degraded.

The other stuff doesn't really interest me very much.

**Giggles.** I don't know why but DM's picture made me think of this and thought I'd share.. Such a sadface moment when this happens.

I was sooooo careful for years about this.
Good morning, Rumpkids. Goodness, is this what happens over here when I'm sleeping???

I come bringing good cheer (well, there is half a bottle of good cheer left). Since I only drink coffee in the am, you'll need to start drinking quick if you wanna catch up.

Going Christmas shopping today in the rain. Fa la la la la la la la la la (I think that was enough la's??)

Dedicating this to a Lush friend.

I guess we all have a bit of that in us, which is why we're here.
Culver's Butterburger with cheese and fried cheese curds. *oink* *oink* No dinner for me tonight.

Oh wait, I'll be having beer for dinner.

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. A friend just texted me to ask if I wanted to go see them and I'd never heard of them.

Love them thanks to Pandora putting them in my listening queue awhile back. Thanks, Pandora!

On Amazon, I looked up "The Onion Book of Known Knowledge" and the 1940 movie "Rebecca." Ordered both for Christmas presents. Also, threw a "Dead mark squashed flat book mark" into my cart. You know those impulse buys when you're waiting to check out.
Mistletoe (Viscum album) is from the Anglo-Saxon word misteltan, which means “little dung twig” because the plant spreads though bird droppings.

Hot. I'd pick a warmer climate over a cooler one anyday of the week. I hate cold weather.

Aha! Something I disagree with you on. Shall we move this to the Think Tank???

I have to go with cool weather. Hot and humid makes me ornery as hell. This past summer just about sent me over the edge. In and out of my car for appointments. Cold, hot, cold, hot, etc. YECH!! I can always bundle up, but can't unsweat. I was taking 3 showers a day over the summer. The friggin CA couldn't keep up on the top floor of my house. Sleeping sucked. Clothes sticking, boob sweat. OK, you get the idea. I'll stop now.

Plus, I really love, love, love boots!!

Eddie Nailed It!!!

I agree. He really did. Thanks for telling me about this, Nikki. I had to YouTube it because, Fuse had already blocked the video you posted. Bastards!

OK, now I'll let you get back to your Hall of Fame tirade!

I attempt to send thank you messages to everyone who comments on my stories, so is it possible to have a drop down box from the person's name on the actual story comment? It would open up right to the message box and have their name autopopulated. Just seems like it would save a few steps.

I guess it could have the other normal dropdown options as well for add a friend and send online message, but I'm not really interested in those. I thought this used to happen, but maybe had to change for some reason.

ThankyouThankyouThankyouThankyou!!!

Used it a few times this morning and it worked perfectly!

Edit: I have another request/suggestion as far as activity feed. Is it possible to bold or in some other way highlight when a friend publishes a new story? They seem to get lost in my activity feed among forum threads and other things. Maybe give it a book icon that's really dark? I think it would be great if they stood out a bit more. I know I can click on that header to see who has posted what, but I never do. It would just be nice to see them at a glance when I look at my activity feed or visit a friend's page.

Who turned off the sun?! I mean hell! This is Florida and it's windy, chilly and rainy. Some nice hot toddy for the body please barkeep.
I need to get to cleaning this house soon. The Marines land a week from Friday and I've got baking, cleaning and wrapping to do. But I love it.

That's got to be so exciting. I'm sure you'll have a blast getting everything ready.

I moved on to Diet Coke at about 10 am, since I need to be amped up to *start* my Christmas shopping!! Maybe a little baking of Christmas cookies this weekend along with some homemade English toffee.
The Year Without a Santa Claus has been my favorite since I was a little kid. Just LOVE the Miser Brothers!

Christmas Vacation, Elf, Nightmare Before Christmas, and A Christmas Story are also big hits around here.
