From a professional point of view when I was a team leader I was both respected and liked by my staff, however this can become a problem when people become over familiar with you and feel they don't have to show proper respect or professionalism in the work place. I guess by definition it is when the content is considered, I would consider it more a social networking site to meet new people and exchange thoughts and creativity and like on any social networking site create relationships with other people.
