Good day. I tried the new chat briefly on my iPhone this morning. On the old chat while in a room, you used to be able to select a photo or gif to post from your last 150 or so recently uploaded items in your personal albums. That feature seems to have been eliminated and now you can only select items to post from Public albums. I didn’t see a way to post anything from Private albums. These are show stoppers for me. Comments? Thank you.

My private pictures did not transfer over. Can you assist
Both are the same issue.
Please kindly remember that the new version of Chat is still in Beta Testing. Once the new Chat is taken out of Beta and goes live properly, this will be resolved - along with a heap of other hidden bonus features/easter eggs (not the chocolate kind, "booooo, hisss!!!") we want you all to find for yourselves. ![]()

Unfortunately, the GUI isn't that nice. The great thing about the other chat was that in just a few taps you could reach everything you were looking for. In this one everything seems more...complex. Too many taps to change rooms, see who's online and go back.
Chatroom switch:
In the old version, you tap the hamburger (three lines) to open the room selection and selwct the room. In the new version you tap the room name next to the logo and select the room.
Your PMs are also located here. New room/pm messages are indicated by a "light" next to the room name, as previously it was the same location.
Occupants view:
In the old version you tap the people icon top right. In the new version, you tap the people icon bottom right.
It looks different, but the functuon is the same.

A deliberate change apparently but it is to be withdrawn.
IMO it makes complete sense to have a reduced logo for smaller screens, especially as the white on red can sometimes be straining on the eye. For a long time, it just read "LS" on phones and smaller tablets.
We all know which site we are on, so why withdraw something which makes smaller interfaces more streamlined?
People rarely call it "LushStories" when onsite and refer it to "Lush", so the shorter header also reflects that.
It was a cosmetic change which makes sense. If it's to be withdrawn because three people think Lush isn't about the stories anymore, they might aswell change the header to "LushStories.com" to remind the handful of people that keep referring to an app that it's indeed a website. 🤷♀️

Not quite sure how this is any better than the concise appearance of the current version.
There will be less (currently have been no) reconnections, it's smoother, more responsive, easier on the eye, it seems to be less data-hungry and there will be a whole bunch of easter eggs, too. ![]()

Since you have a male gender you do not need the password for the Gentleman's room. Just select Join or Join in new tab.
The development team have been working on Chat V2 for some considerable time.

The Ladies Room does not recognize me as female and requires a password.
I can confrim this issue. I am unable to get in with a test account & have let the team know.
