Around 9AM this morning, I'll be on the phone calls dealing w/ Medicare, Social Security, KP, pensions and some other nonsense fixing peoples errors. I tell them to wait cause they don't even know what they want to ask, but no, they called and made a mess of the situation.

Sometimes, I wanna charge these people just to give said money back on Xmas lol seeing as I don't need it.
