i am not taking any test because i am too darned smart to kick a bear in the balls to start with.... sheesh.....
this is one of the easiest and most satisfying recipes i have... i generally have most of the ingredients in my pantry or freezer so it can be cooked at a moment's notice... it is especially good on a day you just feel crummy.... oh and this is pretty darn healthy... the fats are all good fats...

Chicken/Lemon/Orzo/Olive Recipe

4 ServingsPrep/Total Time: 30 min.
Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 1 pound)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) reduced-sodium chicken broth
2/3 cup uncooked whole wheat orzo pasta (this does not have to be whole wheat)
4 lemon wedges (i usually just slice up a whole lemon and put it in... )
1/2 cup pitted Greek olives, sliced (i rarely slice my olives)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

In a large nonstick skillet, brown chicken in oil; drain and set
aside. Add broth to skillet, stirring to loosen browned bits from
pan.
Bring to a boil. Stir in the orzo, lemon wedges, olives, lemon juice,
oregano, salt and pepper. Return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer,
uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Return chicken to the skillet. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes or
until chicken juices run clear and pasta is tender. Yield: 4
servings.

NOTE: You can cook some garlic in this when you are browning the chicken if you want to.
You can heat some chicken broth and add it at the table if someone wants a more "soupy" kind of meal.

through the years i have been many things including a webmaster.... most recently i was a public information officer (which included graphic design and writing pamplets--which i enjoyed--and some other things that introverts hate to do)....

now i am glad to say i work part time for whoever is hiring and doing art full time... doing portraits helped me stay home with my kids when they were little but i hope now to just do still life and some landscape. fortunately there are still people who are willing to buy what i draw/paint.
when i was in junior high i found a book sort of hidden on the shelf in the bathroom.... i think it probably belonged to my mom.... that was the first time i masturbated as well....

the book disappeared soon after it became obvious that someone else was reading it...
i like this one right now in a perverse sort of way....
