Chef you obviously have no idea what really goes on in tent city. The “criminals” there are people who have unpaid speeding tickets, etc. No hardcore criminal or is stationed outside – and I could almost guarantee you that they would be happy to eat peanut butter sandwiches instead of the green rotten bologna sandwiches that they feed them.
