Perhaps you ought to understand what asymptomatic actually means , it means a healthy person. Immune systems are developed by exposure to Anitigens : Viruses and Bacteria. Also there is no hard evidence that asymptomatic people spread diseases anything like the propaganda seems to suggest. I doubt I'll be turning up in any ED's, A+E's ect ect..
