I dont believe anything has changed and I personally have not seen this. Indeed your gif avatar is working just fine at this moment in time. If what is supposed to be a gif file always remains static then it has lost its gif status; sometimes this happens when the file is shrunk too much or for other reasons. If the gif upon first look is static but then functions as expected its likely just a momentary lag in the load process.

As an aside, are you still writing the occasional story?

I only address those that can't seem to get it right after my post.....if someone else posts a this or that, and someone says both and they dont care that's up to them. I post in these threads because I am looking for people to make a choice, that is the intent of the thread.

From the instructions on Page 1.....it really should not be that difficult to pick one and always baffles me why people think they can make up their own rules.
