The thing with vuvuzelas is that they are part of South African culture, I don't think Brazilians would want to have to do anything with them. International football can be boring because there is too much at stake so most teams have to be conservative. Moreover, players are not as much used to playing with their international colleagues as they are with their club colleagues so that can influence the fluency of the game.
Football is interesting to watch when teams play a quick one touch passing game as they do in this video. Watch the goalie at the end, now THAT is passion.

I would not say that Brazil and Argentina are the best teams in the world, that would be Spain and Germany right now. Argentina has not been that good since the Maradona days, they do have some great individuals (Messi, Higuain, Tevez, Augero) but they have not performed well as a team. Brazil is pretty much the same, their old guard has retired, lets see how well their rising stars (people like Neymar and Hulk) do.
My team to watch in the next world cup would be Germany, they have many hugely talented players, they have the right mix between experience and youth, they play an attractive brand of football and have a good coach in Leow. Spain, on the other hand, might find it difficult to replicate their performance in the last world cup as some of their key players (Villa, Xavi, Alonso, Puyol) are in the twilight of their careers.
