Dunno what mine's about. Maybe 'cause I have red hair?

'Seductress' makes me sound like a big flirt, and I don't flirt with anyone.

Weird.

Dani: "That's a joke, right?"

Me: "Whaddya mean?"

Dani: "You flirt with everyone! You're the biggest tart on the mod team."

Me: "Ahem." *points at Clum*

Dani: "Okay, second biggest."

I'm not even on the mod team and I know this is true.

I know seeing my stories posted elsewhere without my permission and without being credited should get me all up in arms, but it just doesn't.

About half of my stories have been stolen at one point or another, but I just find it so hard to care. And I know it's me that's the unusual one here—you guys are all absolutely right to be pissed off and to go hunting down these assholes.

*shrugs*

Best of luck to you all.

I'm with you on this. Yes, it irks me that my stories and audios have been stolen.

I used to care a whole lot more, but you know what? Each time we go after one site, another one will pop up and do the same thing. It is a never ending cycle. When you post ANYTHING online, you're risking the chance of it being stolen. Be it photos, stories, art work, music, whatever the case may be. That is just, sadly, how the internet works. Sure, you can chase them down, but as I said, more sites will pop up and keep it going. If you want to spend your days chasing them down, more power to you. But, me? I really can't be arsed.

Best of luck to those who do, though.
Nearly ALL my stories have been stolen and put on that Mystories4u site. >_< Wtf?
It's my fault. I was bugging Gav to talk to me in his sexy accent, he wasn't paying attention when he was fixing other stuff. My bad.

That's a pretty frikkin awesome name, Mazza. Sadly, I am not worthy. But it is sweet of you to say.

Shut your face, yes you are. Just give it time, babe. Keep being an active member of Lush. Soon enough everyone will know who Verbal is.
(I can tell you for one, you're a pretty kick ass guy.)
Mine was a birthday gift from a friend of mine. I'm not sure if he did anything naughty for Gav, but hey, I'm not questioning it. :3 I fancy my kick ass rank. biggrin
Like Mazza, I've had many stories AND audios stolen. It pisses me off, but there isn't a whole lot you can do. It's fucking creepy as shit knowing someone is stealing my voice more than my stories. I wish I knew what to do, but at the end of the day I don't, so I try not to let it eat away at me.
I spend more time posting stories and chatting than anything really. I try to read as much as I can. I used to post more in the forums, now I tend to only stick to those that grab my attention. Or I see my friends activity feed and the title looks interesting. Couldn't tell you the percentage on it, though.

You tell me, you're the one who told me about your secret little fetish. :P I don't judge.

BWAHAHAHAHA!

(It's a baseball bat AND NO, she didn't!)

Seriously... You couldn't get a Q-Tip up my ass in real life...

Well aren't you the little cock sniff. I see how it is, see if I bring you those little treats late at night that you like so much.
Quote by stephanie
I fixed it.

You slut whore fairy fuck.

xx SF

(*hug*)

Much better, you cum guzzling sewer slut. Don't forget me next time.

(Hugs)
I don't care which gender I'm reading from, though I notice most people, even men, write from the female POV. But, to me it doesn't matter. I can pretend to be a male as I read a story. I've written in both male and female POVs, so it is no matter to me.

It's not my place to Name Names, BUT, one of the finest female writers here is a Virgin...

xx SF

Sprite: "Admit it... It's you... Apart from the 'finest' bit... And the'female' bit... In fact even calling you a Writer is stretching it..."

Me: "I am not a Virgin, Sprite..."

Sprite: "VIRGIN! VIRGIN! VIRGIN!!!!"

Liz: "Awwwwww! Do you mean me?"

Me: "No..."

Narcissus: "I haven't actually written anything yet... And I'm not EXACTLY a Virgin..."

Saga: "I'm VIRGINAL... But not a virgin..."

Jayne: "I'M A VIRGIN!!! HONEST!"

Raven Star: "I'm a sort of Virgin, I suppose... I mean, I've never been taken up the shops..."

Mysteria: "I was a Virgin once... Longest 18 years of my life, to be honest..."

dpw: "I was a virgin when it was cool to be one..."

NymphWriter: "I could PRETEND to be a virgin..."

Milik Redman: "I'm sure I was one ONCE but I can't remember that far back..."

Mazza: "I lost mine back when I was a Bond Girl... Dear Sean!"

Buz: "I'm not a Virgin, but I once fucked a girl who WAS, if that helps?"

Smiler77: "Hun, if you're referring to ME we need to have a bit of a chat..."

Dancing Doll: "I'm NOT a virgin! And for that I will always be grateful to Johnny Depp! Who still texts me every year on my birthday! Like, get over it, Johnny!"

Me: "FUCK YOU ALL!"

I'm never in any of your little rants. You make me sad. I get it, you don't love me.

I'd really like it if stories in the reading queue had to be manually removed. Often I'll take a look to see what I have to read and maybe click on one and then it disappears from my queue, whether I've read it or not...

Or...

Maybe there could be more info about the story itself - all you get right now is the title, not the author, categories etc - maybe if there was more info, like there is on the front page, it would be easier to manage?

(I know, I'm a dumbass, but it would make my Lushlife that little bit easier)

{}{}{}

I suggested this months ago, Nicola said it was a great idea. I'm not sure why it hasn't been added yet. Time to get out the pitch forks and riot. smile
1) I have social anxiety, to the point I've never made a friend in my adult life, unless it started online first.

2) Though I come off extremely sexual, I have very little actual physical knowledge of most things. (I've dated a lot of vanilla men)

3) I battle with Bipolar, I have since I was extremely young and become suicidal fairly easily.

4) I have not worked since I was 18, due to my anxiety and depression.

5) I'm terrified to be touched by strangers, but extremely touchy feely with those I love.
I'm not on there often, but do have a good amount of stories on there.

I go by Poppet there also. Add me as a friend, I'll be sure to approve it. :]
I still think it would be a nice idea to hide who we follow. We can show up to 30 friends, or hide them all together, but we can't hide who we follow? It causes lag when you go onto someone's profile who follows 100 people or more. So if we had a feature to hide or have a minimum that is shown, it could help reduce lag.

Fair point. I guess there is a tab for audios because people go specifically looking for those. Do people come on specifically looking for collaboratively written stories? (Genuine question; I don't know).

Some might, maybe not "new" members, but ones who know about collaboration stories. I know I personally would like to read more of them, if I knew who else had them out there. It surely can't hurt to have it. I'd think. smile
Quote by clum
It's not a "genre" though, any more than "Stories written by Clum" or "Stories written naked at my desk" are genres.

Collaboration is a way of writing a story, not a type of story.

I think the ability to have all authors credited is sufficient. I have no opinion on whether it should be posted on all contributors' pages.

EDIT: I guess "Stories written by Clum" could be a genre if I had a very distinctive style which set my stories markedly apart from others (for better or worse). As it stands, that's not the case.

That is fair, but I can also say audios is not a genre, but it has it's own tab, for easy finding. Hence people suggesting a tab for collaborations.
Either way is fine by me, but I think it would be kind of nice to have a tab for them.
I have worked with several other authors, personally, I'd love to see this become a genre. It is becoming more and more common, so it only makes sense to add it as a genre. It would help those stories get out more, to get more notice, like all the other ones.
I didn't even notice he was gone until it was pointed out and I have him to be shown. We've not been on speaking terms for a while now. He was too emo in my opinion. I had enough of his moaning.

R.I.P Casper
Verdana... Because it is the font I even write my stories with. smile Best font, if you ask me.
I get anxious about writing in general. I always think I'm never good enough, that my work is shit. Every single piece I've ever written I've worried no one will like, even if I do. And yet, to my surprise so many do. So, it boils down to, if you like it, fuck what others think. smile It should always be for you.
I really love Dani's idea, so please, can we?

Also, I was thinking since we now have the Statistics on our profile, can we add how many famous stories, RR's and EP's we have there also. I think it would be a great add to it. I mean, we have days in chat, what use is that? So, I think it would be cool to add famous stories, RR's and EP's, please. smile

You may look innocent Callum, but we all know better.

I hear that!

Funny, I almost put your name, but I know she is worse than you are. Because you're the one always bloody encouraging her.
Personally, I blame Dirty_D for the fuck up... She is always fucking touching things when she shouldn't be.
I went months and months hearing about the book. I didn't understand what the big deal was. Finally, I gave in and bought it, read it and wondered what is the big deal? I also didn't like the ending, but that was simply because I didn't realise there were two more books to it. Which left a bad taste in my mouth. I wanted to see what happened, I don't like leaving things unfinished. So, I got those too and read them. It's a little unrealistic to me in how it takes place. It's all done within less than a year. And all that happens, I'm like really? I understand it is a book, but come on.

Like Emily, it was my first erotica book that I had read. I wasn't even on Lush at that point. And I was disappointed in the sex scenes and there were MANY.

I, like so many others, will not be going to the theater to see this. But, once it hits Netflix or wherever, I'm sure I'll watch it. I'm curious as to see how it is going to play out. We shall see.
I'm going to assume that a smokers kiss is the nastiest. However, I've been lucky and have never dated a smoker. The nastiest I've ever endured was someone who had a cavity and gave him rotten breath. Let's just say it was the only kiss he got from me.
Both men I'm currently with I don't, no. But, I have in the past. The best one was "The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus - Your Guardian Angel" he learned to play it on his guitar and sang it to me all the time.
