"Eggs in Hell" are eggs poached in a spicy tomato sauce. I will serve with hashbrowns, homemade sausage, rye toast and a herb & bacon oil on the eggs. I will give it a bit of cajun flair as opposed to spanish or italian. My son will probably hate it.

I haven't been able to get out fishing. Enjoy the rockfish! Dinner sounds yummy.
