From there you have a few options.

1. Upload from your existing album.

2. Post form an external source. This can be finicky depending on the source. Only YouTube videos work and sometimes pictures don't depending on a lot of factors. Most will though. Copy the link for the media and paste it in the place where it asks for the URL.

3. Upload media directly to the group but it will ultimately be stored in your Misc. album. Drag and drop into the box.
