Entering the last few chapters to finish out Pussycat Park. Been having an absolute blast with this one, an the latest chapter (Dark Thoughts) has some payoffs I've been seeding across the series which excites me. I'm stoked about writing the next chapter which builds on one of my favorite characters asserting her dominance on the story.

After that I'm really looking forward to picking back up some of the stories I've dropped the first chapter on. I had originally planned on diving into Jewel, but I think first I've got a passion burning and ideas swirling for the Free Use series I started. First one came out better than I hoped and I can't wait to build on it.

I've had a long list of birthdays and lesson plans to hand at all times for my main series. I've also checked TV listings, found out what was on the news that specific day, have a work schedule, release dates for music/albums and any major events/gigs. Lol, I think one of the more hilarious things I’ve done in the name of consistency is rolling around the bed, going line by line in a scene and doing what the character was as it was written to make sure it all worked. And I had to do that for both characters.

I’m always worried about moments like that. Going over my drafts it’s always an important part to me to make sure there are no inconsistencies in the scene. I probably go a little overboard, literally figuring out timing and how long acts take so it fits the flow of a plot. Like if someone is fucking on a lunch break, I sort of time out the scene to make sure it fits within 30-60 minutes from beginning to end.
