Do you sunbathe nude?

I have rarely collaborated. My only two were under my old profile and were me helping a new writer with her first couple stories. A lot of it is that I am just not someone who would go looking for a collab, so if no one approaches me, nothing happens. And there is, as with David, the time factor. My writing is sporadic at best nowadays between other commitments and my general struggle to focus on anything in my personal life. I would be worried about leaving a collaborator in the lurch is I hit a dry spell. Though perhaps collaborating would break or prevent the dry spell.

Its weird, everyone has been complaining about the weather but up north here we've had a good winter. A few minor snowfalls, a week of chilly temps and now its almost spring. I've only used my snowblower once.
If your blower is getting lonely, you can always send it here for a while.🙄 Because I've lost count of how many times we've had to clear our drive since the start of winter weather here in Southwestern Ontario. My banks are probably a meter and a half and that's only because I knocked the tops off multiple times to make more room. At least we are getting some sun now, though it's PDC (Pretty Danged Cold) still. Going up to a "balmy" -5 next week, though.
Been obsessing over this band since discovering them last night. Mix of electronic, industrial, and metalcore elements. Love Kristyn, the lead singer. She goes from bright pop to guttural growls so fast it makes your head spin. I compared her to Poppy in the music group but the more I think about it, Courtney Laplante of Spiritbox might be a better comparison.
Good morning. Sunny again but still cold. This is the kind of January I can live with. I think I am up to 2 full days without getting the shovel out. And only flurries coming on the weekend.
Hope to do some writing this weekend but I am also doing a lot of cooking. Made pancakes for breakfast and then will do mac and cheese for lunch.

A nice strong cup of English Breakfast tea please. What, tarantulas can't run a kettle? sighs and gets behind the bar
Actually, tea for me. Don't like coffee and most hot chocolate is at least half sugar, which my diabetes won't like. Though I guess if I made my own cocoa mix, I could control for that. So hot chocolate.
Snowy but sunny, head out for winter activities (skiing or whatever) or stay warm inside?

Have some warm rosemary garlic knots I just baked! Not so good for vamps but great for getting rid of a cold!
I'll take one. Or two. Or ... okay, fine, rosemary garlic knots sound absolutely yummy.

TBH the whole vampire diaries type stories don't interest me much
Oh lord, yes. Twilight has many sins to answer for. I swear that for every actual vampire horror novel I see nowadays I see a dozen paranormal romances. I don't necessarily need my vampire to be monsters or demonic seducers, though. There's a whole subgenre exploring vampires as predators, for instance, that's produced some great fiction. Probably more suited to StoriesSpace (our site for non-erotic work), though.
There's an accountant (yes really) at work that I have a bit of a thing for. Nice body, cute face, waves of gorgeous hair. And then I met her new boyfriend at the company Christmas party last year. Sigh. (she's a single mother which would likely put a damper on things, too). Oh well, we got on well and sometimes have to work together on stuff so I can just relish her sublime presence.

We dipped our pens in blood to write this one.
You writers and your weird kinks. 😜 It is odd that I have not gone to the vampire well, either here or on the other site. Used to love vampire stories and still consider Dracula one of my top ten novels. Just don't seem to grab me anymore. I did write one in my youth but it is long lost to history and would have to be rewritten from scratch and memory. And it was, in retrospect, boring. Most of it is the vampire recounting his backstory before chowing down on a couple (well, the husband is the chow, the wife is seduced and it is suggested that she will join in and become a vampire herself).

Mr Ape, I slipped and fell on ice over fifteen years ago and still have shoulder pain from time to time. I just did rehab instead of surgery on my torn shoulder. Too bad I didn’t land on my ass. Got some extra padding back there.
My employer's president had a slip and fall earlier this winter and had to have surgery to set a bone just above her elbow. Cast is off but the brace is one of the wildest medical contraptions I have seen. Even has a gauge to measure her range of motion so she can measure progress of physio.
