Twenty years ago today I was sexually assaulted by an acquaintance following a night of partying at my beach house. I left the bar early, by myself, and passed out when I got home. I am a big Garth Brooks fan and was listening to his song UNANSWERED PRAYERS. I started crying last night while listening to the song because it got me thinking that the most important thing in my life, my daughter, is my unanswered prayer.
