Back pain is something I live with everyday. I had an L5/S1 fusion several years ago and I've never been the same. Prior to surgery I tried chiropractic and medication. I was a very active person. I rode four-wheelers, did demolition derby and loved going on motorcycle rides. I actually blew my disc from not thinking and jumping off the back of a truck a couple years prior to my surgery. I had never felt sciatica before then. I visited my chiropractor until it hurt to much to see him. I finally went to my doctor who sent me to an orthopedic surgeon. I had nerve pain that numbed my feet. I couldn't drive or do much of anything. After two surgeries I was able to function again for awhile although not back to where I was and the pain stayed. After my last pregnancy things changed again. I have now been in pain management for five years. I've tried opioid pain killers, steroid injections, physical therapy. Nothing has helped. My next step is a neurostimulator. I have spinal stenosis as well as arthritis in my spine and a magnitude of other issues. I am at a point that I am in constant pain. I've learned to cope as best as I can but it definitely affects my life.
A sweet good morning kiss for Mac and peeking below.
Congratulations Saucy, WW, DS, and all the runners up. This was a fun comp to try out and really made me think. These were some great stories to read as always. I don't envu the judges at all.
A good morning kiss above.
Good morning. Nice to see you popping in Hannah. Bertha is de-sludged (saved for Carl) the kettle is on. I brought donuts if anyone would like one. Happy Veteran's Day to all who have served. I'm gonna have my tea and get my littley ready for school.
Good evening. I'll have a cup of tea before bed. Was an easy day here. My littley spent it pretending to put makeup on me all day. Some was like face painting and some was like glammed up. She may actually be pretty decent when she is older. She also wrote another "book." She has maybe four five. She illustrates and tells me what to write. Those curious what a diaper cake is when I am finished I'll show pictures. I made 13 small ones for all the tables and I have one 3-tier for a gift. I just have to add all the little goodies. I'll be off to bed soon enjoy the rest of your Sunday.
Good morning and happy Tuesday. Bertha is de-sludged rinsed out and full of her caffeinated goodness. The kettle is on for tea. I even found some brownies for y'all.
Jeff I love your rings. Now just need that piece of paper that gives her the verbal name lol. Today is election day here in the states so please remember to get out and vote. That's about as political as I will ever get. The weather people have used the 's' word for this week. I'm not looking forward to it being that cold just yet. I'm off to have my tea. What can I get ya? Beer, wine, fine lickers, anyone?
Do I have to only visit one? I think I'll be renting a private plane to visit so many of my lovely lush friends. I have quite a long list and each of them are wonderful people. I would go from Alaska to Australia, to the UK and Canada as well as all across the states plus many more in between. With them I would first want to give them a hug then enjoy good company and good conversation.
Good morning. It's way too early. I'll have Bertha de-sludged (put aside for Carl) and perking up shortly with her caffeinated goodness. The kettle is on for tea. I have some cinnamon buns if anyone would like one. As soon I as I wake up a bit I'll wash out the mugs and glasses. I'll just pop over here and wait for the kettle to whistle for my morning tea. Hope everyone has a great Monday.
I'll join for some coffee
Good evening my friends. This long day is finally coming to an end. Idk about anyone else that is in the timezones that daylight savings ended but I hate the days we must. Now it'll be dark at five pm and make everything gloomy. I'll have a cup of tea. Can I get anyone else anything while I'm here?
I'll have some tea with you Roger
