Perfect way to spend the first night of fall is with a fire. My youngest son and some friends are enjoying the brisk air and celebrating his last weekend home.
Someone asked about the hotel. It is actors who are in the different rooms that scare the hell out of you. They have scenes that go with a theme that kind of changes from year to year. There is a backstory about the hotel as well. It was a place where people came and hung themselves after the wallstreet crash. It's really quite amazing to hear the stories of it. Anyway enjoy your Saturday.

Good morning Miss Curvy. I'd love some hot tea after being awake all night. It's going to be a rough day. Tonight I get to see my boy in his element as Rabies. Good morning. I'll just clean up Bertha a bit and fill her up to start the day with some fresh coffee. While I'm at it I'll quickly wipe down the bar and rinse out some of these mugs. Thank you Sir, for the drink. Jeff and Scott thank you for the accolades but he truly takes his character as another persona. The hardest for me was seeing him standing over his own grave. That was the last year at our hayride. The next year he returned at the hotel. He has made many friends with the same interest and loves his time at the hotel. We get to go Friday night as like a dress rehearsal before opening day, which is perfect timing for his brother to see him.
Scott my boy is almost 21 and outside of what he had to read for school he has read biographies of people he's interested in and mostly of Stephen Kings books as well as Go Ask Alice which is something I have had almost all the kids that are close to me and came to my house.

My son's new job is delivering pipes and pieces drill welding company to other engineer s. His seasonal job is at the hotel of horror. He has a persona that he created when he was about 13. It started at a local hayride raising money for the fire department. Our scene was a freakshow and he was part dog part boy. His name is rabies. Each year he made it more and more iconic.

We are counting down the days for the other to be delivered to Ohio. With that my oldest just got a new job. It pays better than the last and I hope he kinda likes it. It's always better when you do.
