Clears the bar of the glasses and mugs from all the new patrons here yesterday. Gives them a quick rinse and wipe of the bar. Dusts off the two thrones in the corner.
Ok bar is ready for a new day who needs some coffee or tea or maybe you're ready for something stronger. I'll have my tea over here and see what I'm making for breakfast today. Hugs

Good evening my lovely lushies. How is everyone doing? I'm attempting something for the Rump comp which is more than I've been able to do all summer. Once I complete mine I will read all of yours. I should be able to finish them fairly quickly. I'd love something strong to prepare me for this family reunion tomorrow. I'm about to meet cousins I didn't even know I've had. (I was not raised with my dad or most of his family) This should all be quite interesting. At least we are only going to be five minutes from my house, so I can leave if it's too much. September is a busy month for me as my littley starts preschool on the 10th, dance class on the 13th and we move my son to Ohio on the 26th. The fist two are exciting. The last scary. Although with his attitude of I'm 18 and know it all I won't miss. Well going to check over my microflash and see if I need to change anything. Hugs

I also went to the Dr the other day for the nodules on my arm and luckily they are shrinking so no biopsy. I'm gonna have some hot tea as I watch Jay Leno's garage this morning. Enjoy your day. Hugs.

Good morning Bill Miss Curvy. I would love some hot tea. Fall is coming as we are waking to chilly temps here. I spent the day at the Land of Make Believe yesterday with my littley. Today I'm aching. Wow those smoke filled pictures are scary. I've seen a lot of footage of the fires on the news and pray for rain for all those involved.
Jeff, Sir Larry is off to the dentist but I have several small lumps on my forearm. I'm not sure what they are or the cause so the Dr is extracting one and having it tested. He believes it's a small tumor or cyst. Nothing to serious. Just not looking forward to being cut open. Usually I'm asleep to be cut lol. BTW, I love the cover photo.
I think I'd like a Hannah please. Going to be starting dinner shortly.

Good morning my lovely lushies. I hope everyone is doing well. My days should be less busy with school starting soon. I will only have one child a couple days a week as my littley starts preschool on the 10th three days a week. She also is starting ballet and an introduction to tap soon. She's excited. My son leaves in just over a month for Ohio so we are gathering things for him to furnish his apartment.

Good afternoon my wonderful friends. I've truly missed everyone. I read through all the posts and am glad I wasn't around for the 'kitty" talk as I'm deathly afraid and highly allergic to many bites. As for the piercing i got a few of my own including my tongue and five tatts. Vacation started out slow and ended quite well. The ocean was lovely and my littley enjoyed learning to jump the waves. We also went on a pirate ship and she is now an official pirate and fought for her treasure. I also took an art class and painted a wonderful picture of the beach on boards from the dunes. I am going to hang it in my room. Sir we took the littley to her first theater show and she absolutely loved it. It was children's theater doing the Wizard of Oz. She was amazed and also has her picture taken with all the actors. My s/o and younger son rode their motorcycles down and got stuck in some pretty heavy storms on the way home. It was a beautiful week with temps in the 90s and quite humid. Today we are experiencing heavy rain and thunderstorms. I think I'd love a hot tea please. I hope all is well with everyone.

Good morning. My turn to start up Bertha. We are having torrential rains here on the East Coast. There is lots of flooding going on. It's also been so hot and humid and my AC is on the fritz. I've been melting. I'm going to try to read the comp entries but cannot promise. Life is just busy. I miss my free time to read and right but things will allow down some in September. Good morning. Thank you Scott for getting Bertha up and running. I'll have hot tea please. We had a rough evening here. Our dog (husky) broke our kitten's neck (only 3 months old) he bit him and we had to put it down. It was my son's kitty and he is devastated. This is the third one this year he had to bury. He had the other two from babies as well. One was an outdoor cat and living in the country we have critters. She fought with something and drowned in our pool. We found her under the cover. The second one we tried to save. Had lots of tests done and he died from kidney failure. Now this. The poor kid. Anyway, I don't know if I'll get my entry done in time so I'll finish it as a non comp story. Hope y'all have a great day.

I'm going away this weekend for a mini vacation at my besties. We are gonna be swimming and she set up mani and pedis for me her and my littley. We will leave the SO at her house while we have a girl's morning. Kind of excited to get away before the chaos that we call the county Fair starts. My two boys have cars going in the demo derby this year. Just hope they don't go after each other. Well kids are calling. Hugs.

Good evening. Had quite a busy weekend. Unexpected visitors yesterday and chores most of today. I'm watching Travis Pastrana on history channel attempting the three jumps Evel Knievel missed. He has already jumped 52 crushed cars, 16 greyhound buses and next is the fountain at Caesar's Palace. Very exciting, he is my youngest son's hero.
