Hot tea please. It's snowing here after 60 degrees yesterday. Welcome Mazza and smoocher. Hope everyone is getting through this Monday.
Evening friends. Hot tea please. I think I have strep on top of everything. Ugh. I need to lock myself up for a month and just get well.
On a positive note. Dinner went well with lots of tasty desserts. It was great seeing some family. My littley enjoyed her day as well. She really is a spoiled princess. Hope everyone had a wonderful day.
Good morning and Happy Easter. The bunny has brought lots of candy and gifts to my house. Including tickets to see Evanescence and Lindsey Sterling in July. I will have some tea with lemon please as I'm not feeling well this morning. Hope everyone has a wonderful day.
Happy anniversary Sir. Hope you had a wonderful day. I'll join you in toasting your wife.
What do you have that would help me sleep tonight? I guess a Jen's Jolter with a side of NyQuil. Hope everyone has a wonderful Easter.
Hot tea please. Congratulations Sir (Larry) on placing in the top of the comp. Also a huge congratulations to Hannah for placing top three and all the rest of the regulars who made it. Amazing comp as always.
Congratulations to the winners and all who entered. Another great comp with so many amazing poems.
Good evening all. I will be hiding eggs for my littley too. Some with candy some with change and one with a dollar bill. She says she is filling her banks for college. I'm taking my boys to see Lindsey Sterling and Evanescence in July the tickets are their Easter gift.
Thank you for all the well wishes about this disease. I start my antibiotics tonight. The Dr thinks I've had it for quite some time. I figure at least since fall but haven't had any ticks on me in longer time.
I hope Gill is doing ok with her parents. G send her my love if you talk to her please. Sad to see Milik and Simmie go although glad they are over on blue. Reading is hard right now as these migraines are horrid. Hopefully will be able to get through more than one or two lush stories at a clip soon.
I hope everyone has a lovely weekend. Happy Easter.
Good morning Sir. I would enjoy sharing tea or coffee with him.

Happy birthday to the sweetest person I've ever met. I hope you have an amazing day. You deserve all the best in everything.
Evening all. Happy that the Mets won the opener. I'll try to keep adding links to my post. Maybe someone should start a thread. On another note. I just returned from the doctor and meds to help regulate the BP but also am diagnosed with Lyme's Disease. Not very happy about that. How about a Jen's Jolter before I start my meds. Thanks Bill.
Good morning loves. I've got Bertha up and brewing while I have a cup of tea. I've had a horrible night. Goes with the territory I guess as I prepare for Easter. I hope everyone has a lovely day.

Tonya, after seeing American Graffiti so many years ago, I became a huge fan of a jet black '55 Chevy with dual carbs and header plugs,
removable for street racing. In fact, I know someone who claims to have purchased a duplicate copy from an auction a few years ago. I'm
still waiting for pictures and a ride. I may have been taken on one. Dirty Rotter.

Have a groovy evening everyone!

I've seen that movie at least a hundred times, it's a favorite here. We have a 69 Dodge Charger General Lee. It's supposed to be a father/sons restoration. We will see.
We also have a 76 Chevy Nova, that was set up for street racing at one time.
We have a Cadillac Hearse and two choppers and a bagger. My son would trade everything for Bandit's Trans-am though. Me, I want Elinore.

I'm ready for a beer please Bill. Thanks.
Here's somewhat of a list of all the stories mentioned. Sorry if there are any duplicates.

Good morning. Tea for me as well.
Thank you Curvy. Yes it's very exciting and a bit scary at the same time. I think by this time next year both my boys will have left the nest and I'll only have my girl. That's absolutely a scary thought. I believe everything happens for a reason and I think this is why I was given her so late in life so I would never be alone.
Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

so, is he actually going to be learning how to customize hot rods and cars? cause that sounds really cool! learning a trade is under-rated these days and if he gets good, he'll be in demand - doesn't suck that it's something he loves, either. that's awesome, Tonya. smile

Yes, when we toured the school and his program he will learn ground up customizing. From a draft, to metallurgy, to creating his own interior, as well custom paint techniques. Then how to hot rod an engine and what transmission and parts will make it perfect. He's been working on cars since he was 2. He started riding quads at 3 and took the governor off on his own. He has raced motocross and built his own vehicles. He struggles at school but this is his calling.
Excited momma here. My boy received his acceptance letter from Ohio Technical College in the Rod and Custom program. This certificate makes it so much more real than just all the talks we've had. This'll be a very exciting time for him to grow on his own. He will also be learning something he is very passionate about. I'm very proud of him. How odd is it that he will be going to college and my littley will be starting preschool.
I'd love some hot tea please. How is everyone this fine day. I also do not envy the judges from these contests. There are far too many great authors and each with a unique style.
Evening all. I'm ready for a beer and how about a shot of tequila for Sara and I.
G I've not read much lately but I will check out those links. Chris might be able to spread some knowledge on those particular prose, he is very well read.
I'd love a Hannah please.
Living with teens I hear a lot of slang often. It's lit was the first slang my littley knew. My boys have/had a bromance a time or two. I've never heard of shipping though. I'll have to ask if they know that one. Hope everyone is making it through the Monday blues.
Good Monday morning friends. Big Bertha is up and brewing and the water is hot for tea and hot chocolate. The snow is melting here and spring is in the air. I can't wait for the mud to dry up and to see green grass and trees. The flowers showing life sprouting out of the ground. Spring is lovely, everything so fresh a new. It's a new start.
Anyone around wanna join me for some tea.
BTW Jeff the new Pacific Rim doesn't have Charlie Hunnam in it. That makes me sad but I will watch it when it comes out on blue ray.
Good evening fam. We two teas for the two Jen's. A scotch for Scott. Some wine for Lulu. Hot chocolate for Sara. Did I get everyone or do you need anything else. Ladies we have milk and sugar for your tea and some marshmellows for your cocoa Sarah.
Good morning all who grace us with your divine presence here. Tea time for. I was able to get some sleep last night. Thankfully. I have Bertha up and running when anyone would like some. As well as the usual hot water for tea and cocoa. Don't forget the lickers and beer. Enjoy your Sunday.
