I come to this thread and just read and cry at times for each of your struggles. I don't post but am always thinking of all of you. Today reading your stories hit me very hard. Life is such a strange thing. There are days if it wasn't for my dear Alyssa(gypsy), G (ping), Mr. P and warren (wazz) I don't know how I would get through them. I can relate to so many of you. 2016 was horrible and 2017 has not started much better. The only thing that keeps me getting out of bed everyday is my 2 year old. Harley is my own angel and I almost did not have her. If I had the money we had called the clinic to have her terminated. I know what you want through Sinner. I was there. Sprite I'm thinking of you and all the rest that Cancer has touched. My best friend in this life was just diagnosed with rectal/colon cancer. She is not a well person fighting everyday just to breathe due to a different issue which has weakened her lungs as well as her immune system. She is on oxygen and surgery is more than likely going to be the end of her. We know this and pray chemo shrinks her tumors. Sending you so many hugs Sprite, and Larry we've talked often you know I'm always thinking of you.
Kiera thank you for sharing your memories both good and not so good. What parents do to their children is hard to change in their adulthood. I'm glad you can remember the good years you had with your husband. You are a beautiful woman who loved him deeply and I'm sure he knows you did all you could.
Each of you are wonderful beautiful people both inside and out. Please don't ever forget that there are so many of us here for you with an understanding ear. Life has not been easy for many many people here in our lush world and i wish each of you peace and happiness in your life.

I admit I was a bit of a trekkie, the original one when I was much younger. I owned a few stuffed tribbles at one time. I did enjoy the original three Star War movies but can't say I am a fan of the others. I am more a horror film fan than science fiction.

The original Star Wars is the only ones I really enjoyed as well. I've watched a few horror movies in my time as my son lives for Halloween. I am much more of a romantic comedy girl, but when living with three guys up until 2 years ago I can probably hold my own in most car movies anything from Dirty Mary Crazy Larry, the original gone in 60 seconds to all the fast and furious movies. I've seen many many garage shows and motorcycle builds. Those are always playing here. The closest I think they've watched to Star Trek is Tim Allen in Galaxy Quest.

Stuffed Shells using Ping's meat sauce.
My house has smelled amazing all day. Now this was excellent. The only non positive word was I didn't make enough sauce and that was from my very critical mother-in-law. My husband does not eat Italian food if he can help it and even though he made his own meal also had a portion of this. Thank you G. I will be doing this again. The other thing is that I could not find bon appetit so I looked it up finding it discontinued around here and how to make my own.
