Rural/small town area in Western Washington. I've even noticed that employees at various stores have masks hanging around their necks but not covering their faces. Pisses me off but i just avoid them to avoid confrontations and getting closer to people than I fee comfortable doing. And I have mentioned it to managers (when you can find one at WM) but it doesn't seem to matter.

I do wear a mask. I've noticed that the percentage of people in stores wearing masks has dropped considerably over the last month. In April and early May it seemed liked 60-70% of the folks in lines and stores wore masks. Now it seem like 25-30% do. I'm afraid complacency is going to allow the virus to come roaring back. hopefully not, but every authority says masks help and such a low % wear them.

We hasted renting for the same reasons others have listed - landlord accessing the property, pet issues, painting/updating interior, etc. We decided 40 years ago to buy a house and paid it off in about 10 yers. We moved a lot after that and bought and sold number of homes. Most times we made some money, but once we lost a lot (couldn't sell it fort what we paid and had to keep dropping the price, plus pay the mortgage on 2 homes). Our last 2 hoes we've done OK on selling for more than we paid. We always pay off the mortgage in as short a time frame as we can (longest has been about 10 years). Our current place has gone up almost 60% in 5 years. If one of our kids with children ever find a permanent location we'd probably sell out current place and move 1 more time.
