Don't know if this is right place to post this. Can we have it be a secret on what we score/rate a story or poem? I'm assuming authors like to have their work commented on, but maybe it's best not to score/rate it?
I just gave a "friend" a score of 4, then wrote a nice comment about enjoying the work.
I got a black box asking why a 4. I gave my reply that it had too many similiarities to other works (or something like that). Then I said I wish I could rate the best work a 5++++++, but I only had a 4 or 5 to choose from.
This was his response: " your reasoning sounds so typical...I am not porn writer...you disrespect my work and that's deceiving and like typical lushers "
Ouch! I said I certainly did not mean to disrespect his work, but feel free to un-friend me.
His response: : “consider it done...you are a disgrace "
I would hesitate to rate any more people if they can see what I rated. That HURT and I don't like hurting others - obviously I did.
