This was actually posted in an article by Ann Landers (don't know how much is actually true but thought it was interesting).

These are the punishments that people are subjected to for the offense of DWI, DUI, or drinking and driving.

AUSTRAILIA..... The names of the convicted drunk drivers are published in the local newspaper under the heading DRUNK AND IN JAIL

SOUTH AFRICA..... A drunk driver is given a ten year prison term or a fine of $10,000 or both depending on the circumstances.

TURKEY.... Drunk drivers are taken 20 miles outside of town by the police and forced to walk back under escort.

MALAYA..... The drunk driver is jailed and if he is married the wife is jailed too. (I would kick that SOB's ass....lol)

NORWAY.... Three weeks in jail at hard labor and the drunk driver loses his license for one year. A second offense within 5 years and the driver's license is revoked permanently.

FINLAND AND SWEDEN.... automatic jail sentence for one year of hard labor.

ENGLAND....One year in jail one year supension of drivers license and a fine of $250.00

RUSSIA.... Drivers license is revoked for life.

FRANCE.... One year in jail the loss of the license for three years and a fine of $1000.00.

POLAND....Jail and fine determined by the judge. All drunk drivers are forced to listen to a set of lectures an the effects of drunk driving on families and the community.

BULGARIA.... A second offense of drunk driving is the last. The convicition is execution.

EL SALVADOR.... Drunk drivers (first offense) are executed by a firing squad.

Here in the USA a first offense DWI (DUI) is usually some probation time and a hefty fine. The second offense seems to be pretty much the same as the first with the exception of maybe 2 days jail time (usually considered as time served from the night that the "perp" was stopped) and maybe some community service.

Does the crime fit the punishment? What do you think?

Ok, first Deadly, the girls are obviously not showering, they are taking a big bubble bath. Obviously for fun. That would explain the reason for the jewelery.

Secondly, how do you know that a real voyeur wouldn't be touching the glass? Would that be from first hand experience?

Lastly, this could very well be a set up or a real case of a peeping tom. Either way I think you should let people form their own opinions.
stfu then if its off topic....post it elsewhere....thank you
ok I was just wondering because I think....once a cheater, always a cheater. Just from past experiences or whatver but I wanted to know what you guys thought about it.
I am sorry that it turned out that way for you Dennis. However, you have to realize that her committing suicide was not your fault. You probably feel that way for rejecting her after she cheated on you. She probably did love you but she was obviously depressed enough to take her own life. She had issues that were beyond your control. You seem to blame yourself for her suicide and you shouldn't. As curious said
"Suicide is only painless to the one committing the act. To everyone else it's the most painful thing that many will ever experience." Suicide is only the fault of the individual committing the act and nobody should feel guilt over it.
The Shrek movies also have puns that are aimed at adults.
Sheesh....Thanks for spoiling it! But what a pretty boy he is...lol.0YHPTovMQMpScjvw
thats cool or whatever.....animation is not only for kids, adults like it too...only on a different level.....lol.....I agree that most people classify animation to children without looking at it. There are even some animated kids movies out there with adult content.
I have never classified South Park as a childrens show. You might do that just because it is animated.
Thanks Lush....lol. It is funny to me now but it was such an awkward situation....lol. YES....I learned my lesson....don't tell your boyfriends where you live....lol
Definitely a girl! I agree Susan....awesome bedroom eyes. And yes they are beautiful eyes as Pixie said. It has to be a girl! No man in this world has cheekbones or eyes like that. Or do they?
lol susan. It only itches after the first or second time....after that it gets better...lol.iQEsrZX76AkdYbRc
Yes, and how sad it has been for their two sons! The kids weren't involved in this whole mess and they are pretty upset..........lol ya think? Sheesh their kids thought their dad was dead and their mom knew he was alive. Anyhow I read that she was living here in the USA still and didn't know what to do because as soon as she goes back she will be arrested.
I like anything by Ann Rule or any True crime stories.baiZNMovHhpgEiqh ....I am currently reading Too Late To Say Goodbye by Ann Rule.....funny though the best best book I remember reading is The Client....I was so disappointed in the movie!...Mary Higgins Clark is also a favorite of mine, as well as her daughter, Carol Higgins Clark. I love to read , so I might have to pick up a couple of your picks.
I personally dress to impress myself.....because nobody else matters....lol...not that I dont care and I am not obnoxious or whatever....but if I dont like myself, then who will? I dress myself depending on the situation and what I expect to come of it....lol.Qcx2WslhBm8f7GqX
I agree with Pixie, Daughtry ROCKS!!!! As well as many of the other cast offs from Idol....lol. I am also listening to Maroon 5 and a new band called Buck Cherry.....they are awesome rockers.
ok deadly...a little more info than I wanted....lol. A yes or no would have been sufficient.....thanks though.
A Missouri prosecutor said Monday no charges would be sought in the case of a teen who hanged herself last year after chatting on MySpace, although he said adults should have prevented the tragedy.

Megan Meier, shown in an undated photo, killed herself after receving a critical message on MySpace.

Megan Meier, 13, killed herself after receiving a critical message on the MySpace social networking site from someone she thought was a boy named "Josh."

St. Charles County, Missouri, Prosecuting Attorney Jack Banas said an 18-year-old woman posed as "Josh" on MySpace to find out what Megan was saying about a neighbor's daughter.

The message said Megan was "mean" to her friends, Banas said. Watch Megan's parents describe the tragedy »

"There is no way that anybody could know that talking to someone or saying that you're mean to your friends on the Internet would create a substantial risk," Banas said. "It certainly created a potential risk and, unfortunately for the Meiers, that potential became reality. But under the law we just couldn't show that."

But Banas said that conclusion doesn't mean no one is to blame. "Regardless of what we can charge or what we can't charge, there is no question the adults should have said something to stop this," he said. Watch Megan's mother react to the prosecutor's decision »

Parents say fake online friend led to girl's suicide
Asked whether he is satisfied with laws pertaining to the case, Banas said, "The bottom line is there are some -- I think -- loopholes that I think need to be cleaned up."

The prosecutor said his inability to file charges does not mean those involved in the suicide will go unpunished.

"The loss of a life of a person that they once talked to as a friend, I'm sure, is just twisting them all up inside," Banas said.

Over several weeks, many of the exchanges on MySpace concerned innocuous topics such as what sports they liked, Banas said.

But on October 15, 2006, "another teenage young lady" was given the password to the "Josh" account, Banas said. She reportedly sent Megan a message saying she had heard the girl was "mean to your friends" and adding, "I don't know if I want to be your friend anymore."

Banas said that Megan responded, "Who's saying this? Who's saying I'm mean?"

The next day, the 18-year-old woman -- who was working for a neighbor of Megan's -- used the account to send messages to Megan. Megan asked "Josh" why the messages were nice a day after they were unkind, Banas said.

The 18-year-old woman then reviewed the history of the earlier messages, including Megan's request about who had accused her of not being nice to her friends, he said.

The woman then "fired a statement back to Megan saying, 'I'm not going to tell you who told me that, I don't do that, I don't tell on my friends,' " Banas said.

Megan responded with a message expressing anger and calling "Josh" "a few names," according to Banas.

"Josh" then sent a statement that included something to the effect of "this world would be a better place without you," Banas said. Accounts differ as to who was with the 18-year-old during the typing of the messages, he said.

When Megan's mother returned home, she found her daughter crying at the computer. After reading the messages, she criticized her daughter for using inappropriate language, Banas said.

Telling her mom that "I can't believe you're not on my side," Megan ran upstairs and hanged herself, Banas said.

Missouri's harassment statute says nothing about the Internet, and the stalking statute requires repeated conversations, so neither would apply in this case, Banas said.

The purpose of the neighbor who arranged for the "Josh" character "was never to cause her emotional harassment that we can prove," Banas said. Any case would be based on "what we can prove and what a jury would believe.
lol...I was just wondering because believe it or not ....it happened to me. I was dating two guys at the same time and they showed up at my house at the same time...it was a disaster on my part. I left them both in the livingroom while I excused myself to the kitchen...lol. I didnt know what to do. Anyhow, one of the guys never called me again. I totally deserved it but I was wondering if that has happened to you guys.
