To go back to the original question, and to give a view from the UK:
-it's not cheating if both of us have properly discussed, considered, and agreed to an open marriage (as I have)
-for some people (not all, but like me), sex and love can be separate things - which also means that sex can happen WITH love
-if I'm having sex with someone outside of MY marriage, it's none of my business about the state of THEIR marriage

Monogamy must be a wonderful thing if somehow you can make it work. Personally I think it's fundamentally contrary to human nature and "just" a social (religious?) construct to attempt to control us (but has some benefits in stopping in-breeding, spread of STDs etc). If (and only if) both husband and wife have agreed to it, then I see nothing wrong with it at all (safe sex, of course).

Just adding my penny-worth from the Brit side of the Pond.

Hi
So there are times when it's nice to chat outside of Lush and for many of us, Messenger has done the job nicely. But the new "upgrade" that they have forced on us in the past week is just utterly awful.

Does anyone have recommendations for a different chat program?

Thanks

Women "shouldn't" do anything at all during sex - it's their choice. Having said that, I do like wearing heels to bed.......
Jx
Of course. What self-respecting girl would be without them - and other toys?
Jx
Sounds fine to me. As others have said, it's what you do with it and the attitude in your head that really matters.

1 Poor
2 Disappointing
3 Inconsiderate
4 Inexperienced

If it's 4 then that can be worked on. For the rest, move on.

Basically yes, though distance obviously plays a part too. Imagine if that trampoline were very large and you put two balls on them heavy enough to form a pit, but so far apart those two pits don't affect each other. The balls would not fall towards eachother. But if you bring them closer to each other there will come a point where those two pits connect. They'll form a trench and the balls will start falling towards each other.

Unequal masses do the same btw, though the smaller mass will obviously move farther and faster than the larger mass.

Two balls being attracted to a pit? That could be interpreted in a number of ways......x

think of a large trampoline. When you put something heavy, like a person, in the middle, it pulls everything towards it

That's basically exactly what is happening with gravity. The trampoline itself is the fabric of 'space time', and the person standing in the middle is then a mass that distorts it, pulling everything towards it. The bigger the mass, the bigger the effect.

That's why masses are attracted to each other. They aren't 'attracted' in the same way as a force (like magnetism), but rather they are 'falling' towards each other

True story

Well, of all the things I thought I might find interesting on Lush, I never expected science to feature!
It's more interesting to think that in the theory of gravity, mass attracts mass. In all other forces, it's opposites that attract. Why should gravity be different? Could Isaac be wrong???

The real interesting thing about gravity, is that no one can quite figure out why it is so weak (as a force)
If a tree falls............then I guess it proves that the theory of gravity is right.

An auto-queuing function for when a chat room is too full........it's a pain just constantly trying to get in, hoping that someone has just dropped out.

I've seen and had plenty but nothing that big. I think they must be very uncommon, if they really exist at all. Not really sure I'd want that much length anyway - girth can be more important!

Of course, what's the issue here? She's not your possession. Don't you trust her?
Just my thoughts....
