I don't feel you should envy people who do not sleep much. In my opinion they think they are OK. I used to sleep about 5 hours and I was like a zombie, coffee (several) was a requirement. A red flag right there. Now I sleep about 7 and is way better and I feel I should probably keep you company at 8. I truly started to function at my best around 2 or 3 pm, before that my mental and physical effort were fueled artificially.
Having a regular sleeping habit is also more productive. It sucks, but waking up at the same time when you off from work is essential for a good sleep pattern.

Anyone seen the show Big Love? It’s about a man with 3 wives and several children. They all live in 3 separate but next to each other homes. He doesn't have sex with all 3 at the same time. They just have him on different days of the week. It’s a great Drama show to get an insight at their lives.

I will be watching Snowboard, Luge, Freestyle skiing and Jumping. With all of the channels that we have you would think that the games would have been broadcasted over and over again. I must DVR some at 3 am.
I will also be watching Lanny Barnes in the Biathlon. Lanny is already a Bronze medal in this competition, she won it in Italy and it was the first medal won by a US female biathlete in the history of the championship.
Missing the opening ceremony would have been a huge loss. It was incredibly unique, colorful and elegant. Those overhead projectors that created a seamless and moving image were more than just a complement to the show, but mostly I believe they opened a new way for entertainment. I think we will be seeing a lot more of them especially in huge arenas.
Finally, lots of luck to all of them.. so many years of hard practice and all the dreams will be done in a few rounds. My hat off to Tracy Barnes who qualified for the Biathlon but gave her spot to her twin sister who although also a great athlete was not supposed to go to the Olympic games because was sick and had to miss several qualifying races. Sportsmanship at it's best, she’s already a winner to me.
p.s. The Polish uniforms were appropriately stylish. The Germans could have been utilized in the show. The USA could have been used at Rockefeller Center on Dec 25. Hey, just a little gossip.

We must add that is quite a unique food item; a hazelnut spread similar to peanut butter but with cocoa added. It’s been imitated by a few companies, to my knowledge none ever came close. I grew up on Nutella and I would still enjoy it if it wasn’t for the sugar content. I have used in cakes, as a topping, in drinks and folded in ice cream. Just as a challenge, I even tried to make my own but just a healthier version.
The below recipes is quite good, in my opinion not a Nutella wannabe yet the flavor is richly complex. Worth a "taste". However do not need to be that elaborated. It’s fun to experiment and put any nuts in a food processor and pulse, or also add other ingredients as stevia (sweetener), cocoa and a liquid as milk or almond milk. Also vanilla or other essences for a quick spread.
