I'm having the same issue with my recently-uploaded pictures showing up in my galleries. It's been about 5 hours and they haven't shown up. I did upload one last evening, around 6 PM or so, and it showed up about 12-14 hours later.

Actually, no. Before it's implemented, votes for stories will be converted to likes, so your 100 votes will translate into likes in some fashion.

I wrote a Film Noir thing back in April (so [NOT] cleverly titled Film Noir). If I can write one, you can write one...better.

I have my own, special, trollish hater, it seems...perhaps a group of them, how yummy...waiting to crawl out and ambush each new story to tell me that "I'm #1". Consider it a badge of honor. You're living in somebody's head, rent-free, to the point that they seek you out to tell you that you suck. Writing should provoke a strong, emotional response, so let the haters hate; we'll be too busy enjoying our craft.

Mine is in, what a challenge. I'm so long-winded that 1K words is a major challenge in word conservation.
