I agree with this. There's nothing more frustrating than typing along only to look up and see that you've run out of characters. For the truly long-winded, like me, this would be great.

Nicole is my favorite houseguest.
I want to quit watching this, but it is like a accident scene. You cannot look away.
Yes, I find this show quite fascinating. Now that they are going to COMDEX it will be interesting to see how they proceed.
Hurray! I have my friend's e-mail now and we exchange messages regularly.
It's my guilty pleasure as well. BBAD really sucks since they took it off Showtime, though.
Rick Danko, Levon Helms and Richard Manuel from The Band. But only if they could patch things up with Robbie Robertson and bring Garth Hudson along for a full-fledged reunion of this great band.
Happy Birthday Nicola.
We are the ones with the best present, however. This fabulous site and the freedom to write erotica. How great is that? Thank you for all you do for us.
I started grooming five years ago following a medical procedure I had while working in Brazil. A pretty blonde nurse (with high heels, no less) shaved me and I liked it so much I have been smooth ever since. A rather difficult way to find out, but everything is fine now.
Whole wheat toast and Starbucks coffee.
I've used my name in a few of my stories, probably because I didn't feel like using something else. Now, as for some of the characters in my stories, any similarities to people here on Lush is coincidental. Then again, maybe it isn't.
Sadly, one of my dearest friends, kittyrita2, has left Lush tonight. The departure was sudden, and without explanation. Her husband had just joined and they appeared to be quite happy here. She has my e-mail address, so I am hoping to hear from her. Unfortunately, I do not have hers, or I would be in contact with her now. I, too, have a small circle of friends and her departure has left an enormous hole in my heart.
I would like to see more of Luck, the HBO series with Dustin Hoffman. They canceled it because of safety issues with the horses, but it was well written, with a stellar cast including Nick Nolte, Dennis Farina and Joan Allen.
I'm listening to Vin Scully doing the play-by-play of the Indians/Dodgers game on my TV set.
Some of my stories are fact-based, some are pure fantasy and three of them in particular, the Taken by Surprise series, were written because I was curious to write about a subject I had no knowledge of, that of transsexual love. My poetry is all based on experiences I have had or felt, not always good experiences or feelings.

As to how long it takes to write them, the poetry takes very little time. I find that when I set out to write a poem I become immersed in the subject matter and the words flow onto the monitor.
Stories, however, are another matter. It can take anywhere from two or three days to put the themes together and then another couple of days doing the actual writing.
In the relatively short time I have been on Lush I have seen two friends leave without any word. One of them had deactivated her account and has since returned, to my great joy. I think if circumstances were to cause me to leave I would definitely send word out to my friends with as much information as possible.
Will, you have taken the high road with your upcoming leave of absence. I hope others look at your example and decide to go out with a touch of class, as you have shown all of us. Good luck, my friend. I anxiously await your return.
There's a small bakery near my local Post Office that specializes in cheesecake, but they also make the most awesome cookies. My fav is their peanut butter cookie. Thick, moist, chewy with so much peanut butter flavor. Picked some up today, as a matter of fact.
I used to wear boxer briefs before I went all commando, all the time.
Her eyes and her smile are what get my attention first, but an intelligent statement coming out of her mouth will keep me interested every time.
I don't know how random it could be when I see some names up there every week.
When I write a story or poem I really don't care what the scores are. I'm simply happy that some people took the time to either score or comment on my work. And when someone I haven't met comments on one of my stories, I make every effort to send them a message thanking them for their comment. I always figured that if they took the time to do that for a stranger, then I'd better damned well find the time to acknowledge them for it.
Think about it. If one of your stories had 5,000 views and only 30 people took the time to say something with their score or comment, that means 4,970 people weren't sufficiently moved enough to do anything.
Besides the usual stuff (good friends, good beer and good baseball), I was sitting on my porch a few minutes ago and a guy was riding a bike with his dog attached by a short leash. The dog suddenly put his paws down, as if to slow the guy on the bike. The dog was skidding to a stop and the man stopped the bike. The dog then squatted in the middle of the street and peed. When he was done, he walked alongside the man as if to say it was okay to go again. the guy then began pedaling and off they went. That was so funny, yet so nice to see.
Tonight was bacon and eggs (over easy) that I made using a new, larger griddle I bought recently. Everything fit on the griddle, and it was delightful.
Knowing I have a poem awaiting approval which pays tribute to two really amazing people here on Lush.
