I'm not sure how closing the liquor stores is going to prevent anything, specially the way PA is setup, you cant go to a normal store/gas station/ect ( barring a couple facilities, and they are minimal) for beer and wine,
you have to a distributor, most of them are drive thru's.
then liquor stores are separate, and most of them you couldn't fit 10 people in anyway..

Vegas was Vegas, till is wasn't, it crashed hard monday morning when all the hotels and casinos said they would shut down

Funny story actually with Physical Therapy, she had to go and do these exercises that the TP trainer showed her, so I'd take her because she couldn't drive yet.
