Depends on where I am visiting. In New Orleans it would be a shrimp or oyster po'boy. In Maine definitely a lobster roll. In Philly I crave a philly cheesesteak. So many places and so many choices and all are fantastic.

Whitewater rafting in class 4or5 rapids. 6 to 8 hour trip, lunch on the riverbank.
