Besides the sound of my washer and dryer...

Lust for Life ~~ Iggy Pop
Quote by sweet_Reese
The sensation of Kat using that knife to cut my panties off.....

Be careful what you wish for...
Tea please, and skip the lemon today...need it strong as the sandman was late and the alarm was early. Bless you for having tea ready. By the way, as far as I know there are no sea turtles hatching here yet. The truck has been coming nightly to check the nest, but nothing yet. I'll be over in the corner sipping my tea and listening to some acoustic guitar on my earbuds. I have a workout in a bit, so hoping this tea will bring me back to life a bit. lol Hope everyone who slides in has a good day.
My husband just bought us a pair of these really cool gadgets (he knows I am a sucker for tech stuff). Anyway, they are called Hey bracelets and when we think of each other we can cover the bracket on our own wrist with a hand and it will send a signal to the other person’s bracelet that feels like a light squeeze on the wrist. He travels all the time for work so this is a really unique way to show affection even when he’s hundreds or thousands of miles away.

I am listening to the sound of my own voice (I'm recording tech tutorials for work).

I used to do that as part of one of my jobs.
I'd love a brat and a beer! It finally stopped raining here.
Lust growing deeper
Nerve endings ache with need
More please, I need more
Drenched from the rain here...complete with thunder, lightning, and a flood warning until 8 pm.

Need something to warm me up...tea with lemon and, what the hell, a smidge of whiskey please. I haven't been this cold in eons. Still warm outside but coming into the AC soaked to the bone was freezing. My own fault for forgetting to nudge the air back up this morning. I keep it low at night so I can actually use a blanket. LOL
Lost Stars ~~ both versions by Adam Levine and the one by Keira Knightly as well...Begin Again Soundtrack (Watched it again last night...forgot how good Mark Ruffalo was in that film).
Well thank you Scott, between the dance warm up and my 6:30 workout I am now officially wide awake! Merci! lol
Enjoyed what actually felt like a real cool breeze this morning on my way to the gym. It was brief but wonderful.
I've had stuff wiped away before and it sucks! Glad to hear your story was safe inside your head Vanessa.
Good morning to all y'all and please share some of that delicious tea. Lemon too please and thank you.
The sound of some pretty loud thunder. The cat is not loving this sound. Lol

Meet in public in a safe place. a cafe for lunch or something like that, and do it in the afternoon. let people know where you will be and when and have a check in call planned, where you call or text to let someone(s) you trust know that you're safe. don't met them at a hotel or some place that you aren't familiar with. do your research. sorry if this sound paranoid, but i call it being careful. personally, i go armed - pepper spray is pretty much a must anytime you're in public, regardless of circumstance. i overdo it and carry a couple of knives, but that's just me. keys make good weapons too, in a pinch.

yeah, i know, i'm fucking up the romance, but seriously, 2 weeks is a short time to trust in someone on the interwebs.

I'll bring my knife...

To be very honest, all of these are very good pieces of advice. Having been stupid myself many years ago, I would say you can't be paranoid enough. I learned the hard way. That being said, I did meet someone from Lush after that unfortunate experience and it was wonderful. Just be smart and be safe...
Inferno blazing
Blue flames swirling around us
Taking us deeper
Good morning everyone! I'm just crawling in for a quick cup of the strongest tea you've got since I slept poorly but have an early workout scheduled. NEED caffeine!! Please and merci beacoup!
Yes! I grew up with a pool table in my basement that I inherited and kept until I had to downsize last year. But I still have my cue. Rack ‘em!
Laying on the beach is thirsty work. I will have a nice tall glass of ice water! If I had a beer I’d be asleep in a half hour. Lol. The heat index was 105 today and that already made me a lil tired.
I try not to judge, but if you’re old enough to be their parent you shouldn’t even be looking, let alone touching. Just my opinion.
Waves crashing on the shore...seagulls plotting their next food heist...people playing beach volleyball...and the wind making the beach umbrella ripple.
Hold off the engine
Our bodies enjoy the heat
Fan the flame higher
Just a quick stop in to drop off a few dozen brownies. I will set a few out and stockpile the rest in the freezer. I'm headed to the beach...as long as the rain stays south of me I will be just fine!
