Just over 1000 for me

Y'all hate me. 😂

I try to write around 4k if I can, but fail mostly. 4k is a sweet spot for me for reading.

I have found on several occasions that even a hundred can be too many.

Mine have ranged from 100 to almost 8,000. My sweet spot seems to be somewhere between 3000 and 4000.

Of I'm looking for something to read, I prefer 3500 or less, but if it looks like a good story, I can go much longer.

At least around 1000 words for a single part to a story. That length allows scene building and some character development which for me are definitely vital for any kind of story! But I think writers should avoid adding fluff or filler to hit any quota. If a story works with less than 1000 words, go for it!

Stories published on Lush should really be at least 1000 words unless they are Microfiction, Flash Erotica, or Poetry. I agree there shouldn't be filler or fluff, but there should be teasing out details to draw the reader's attention. 😉

Private Show - A man and his wife ditch a public performance in favor of a private one in this microfiction piece.

Perfectly Imperfect - where love and sex collide and a man knows his wife better than she knows herself.

The Naughty Babysitter - Part Three - Katie gives up control of her body.

Boardrooms & Boudoirs Part Fourteen - Chapters 53-56 - Grace deals with feeling out of sorts.
