This time about my story for the novel section.
It's all one long plot from beginning to end about a woman's life journey including sex but some of the chapters could technically go in other sections. Can I leave them in the novel section and tag them appropriately or do I need to put them in the right category?

I would say that if it is part of the story it should remain in the novel category with the appropriate lead tags. Think: an anal chapter would be in the novel category with the first tag being anal.
