No. Once my car broke down and I so needed to pee, it was awful! I was in agony. When I finally got to a toilet, I was so relieved that I cried. So, no.
I might go along with sexually stimulated (mildly), but any arousal is quickly dampened by feeling miserable and fighting to keep from losing it. I hate when that happens! There have been times when I wished I was a guy and could just take a whiz along the road!
