Relationship wise- I do prefer older. Even if older is only by a few months. I'm okay with younger if it's not anymore than a year behind me
But anything other than that I feel we aren't ever on the same page.
Sex wise- as long as he knows what he's doing and there's chemistry I think I'd be okay with a little younger, maybe no more than 5 years younger though.

Its the person that attracts me. I have some great friendships with younger (much younger) men, and also with older men.
I do find lately my prefernce is turning more to men in and around my age or older. They are just more mature and have so much more knowledge about all things in life, not just sex. Also, I find that these men know what they want in a woman, and are much more open and attracted to women who are confident, sexy and know just what they want.
I am not interested in a man who cant handle me, my honesty or my sexual needs and desires.

I absolutely am attracted to distinguished successful older men and yes I would be happy to be seen with someone even 15 years older than I. I find that older men are much more into making sure that sex is satisfying for the woman. They definitely seem to be able to last longer and the oral sex is usually awesome.

What do you mean by older? 5, 10, 15, 20+ years. Personally I always go for a guy at least 5 years older. But my limit 15 for a serious relationship that is. If it's just causal sex age doesn't really matter to me.
I can't speak for most women but I do tend to go for older men(15+ years older). There is many reasons but the biggest would have to be the maturity level. Older men don't come with a lot of the same hang-ups as men closer to my age. Dating an older man may be difficult to wrap your head around at first but once you get past the social stigma of older men/younger women relationships and keep an open mind then I'm sure you will most likely enjoy it.
