Girls, what is the best way for younger guys, around 19, to pick up older women. I am especially interested about how I could do this at my gym as the women there turn me on big time and I have fantasies about fucking an older women in the steam room etc. Any tips or experiences?

Yes, I agree. Simplicity at its finest. You don't have to do anything besides start a conversation and take it from there. It will be a bit obvious if she likes you in the beginning.

If that's you in your avatar, just smile at them. You'll have women, men and a fair number of sheep that will want to get into your pants! Avoid the Roo's, they only want a quick jump.
Remember to bend the knees and keep the back straight when you pick them up!
